Teacher’s Day celebrated - Special Assembly by teachers. Students from class XII became teachers and taught classes from KG to VII. The best ‘Student Teachers’ were awarded prizes.

Cultural competition was conducted on August 30th and 31st. Children showed best of their talents on both the days.

International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21-06-2018. We had Smt. Deeja and Sri. Bhaskar  from  Art of Living, who had come over to give a demo on the various asanas to be practised.

World Ocean Day was celebrated on 08-06-2018. Dr. Rajesh Regunath, Coordinator, International and Inter University Centre for Natural Resources Management conducted a seminar on ‘Save Water Save Life ‘Sri. Pallipuram Jayakumar, Mathrubhumi SEED Co-ordinator was also the guest of honour. 25 green volunteers were selected and they took a pledge to save environment.

Annual school magazine – BHAVANA was released on March 26th by Dr. Ganga Devi, Former Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Manvila  and  faculty, IISER, Vithura. We celebrated the Kids Fest  on November 14th at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan , Kodunganoor  wherein our tiny tots exhibited their talent.

Swami Adhyathmanandaji, Chairman, Sambodh Foundation, Kerala along with the volunteers of Sambodh Foundation visited our school as part of ‘Harithardra Santhwana Yatra’. Swami advised the children in taking the lead in protecting our soil, trees and dense forests.
